For the Batter:▪️3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan▪️2 Tbsp Olive Oil▪️1/2 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1 Cup 00 Flour▪️1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped▪️1 tsp Fresh Thyme, leaves▪️1+1/3 Cups Vater▪️25 Small Cherry Tomatoes, cut quanto a half▪️

For the Rest:▪️2 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided▪️1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan▪️1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme, leaves▪️1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped▪️Parchment Paper▪️

🌱Vegan Modification: Sub quanto a nutritional yeast ( plant based cheese) for parmesan
.
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F
2️⃣ Mescolanza together the ingredients for the batter
3️⃣ Line a sheet pan (16” x 12” larger) with parchment paper and drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil
4️⃣ Pour the batter onto the sheet pan and spread into one layer; arrange the tomatoes so they are dispersed evenly
5️⃣ Apogeo with parmesan, thyme, rosemary, and 1 Tbsp more olive oil; bake for ~35 mins until deep golden brown around the edges
6️⃣ Remove from the oven and transfer onto a cutting board, cut into ~20 squares and then return to the sheet pan (if the outer pieces are already crispy, do not need to bake them again)
7️⃣ Bake for ~10 more minutes until all squares are deeply golden brown and crispy and enjoy!
