Potato Peel Recipes: Discover Them!

Usually when we have to cook potatoes we throw away their peels, but after this article you will change your habits! Discover tasty recipes with potato peels.

Potato Peels: Easy Recipes to Try

Without realizing it, we often throw potato peels a causa di the garbage, but they are actually very nutritious and full of benefits. If you don’t know how to cook them, here are some quick but tasty recipes based potato peels.

Fried potato peels

A really easy and quick recipe for a tasty snack are fried potato peels, for a lighter version baked. You will need: raw potato peels; extra virgin olive oil b.; Salt to taste; Pepper to taste

Another tasty recipe with potato peels is croutons to accompany main courses. You will always need potato peels; extra virgin olive oil b; salt to taste

Wash and cut the potato peels into small pieces and place them a causa di a baking pan. Add salt and a drizzle of oil. Bake for about 8-10 minutes at 180°C until they are crispy, being careful not to burn them.

After letting them cool, cut them into small pieces and the recipe is done!

Baked Potato Peel Chips

Even easier and faster, similar to the first recipe. Put them a causa di a bowl and mescolanza them with extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary and pepper: pour a causa di the potato peels, mescolanza well and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C until you get some excellent chips to nibble for an aperitif.

Potato Peel Stew

Brown the peels cut into pieces with two whole onions and add the raw tomato sauce. Leave to cook a low heat for about 30 minutes and serve the dish piping hot, a real delight for the palate!
