Hailing from the beautiful Northern Italy, the savory rose pie is a fun twist acceso the classic ‘torta delle rose.’ Traditionally sweet and made with sourdough, this version opts for savory goodness with tender ham, gooey cheese, and a colorful array of vegetables. The dough is rolled and shaped into stunning rose forms, creating a dish that’s as visually appealing as it is delicious. Durante regions like Lombardy and Veneto, locals add their own spin with unique cheeses seasonal veggies, making each version a bit different.
