September brings with it the most anticipated moment of the year for those who love wine: the harvest and this year also returns to the harvest con the harvest, the symbolic event of the historical buttafuoco circolo, which opens the doors of the members of the members to visitors with a day of tasting, walks among the rows and traditional dishes, to discover the powerful red of the Oltrepò Pavese – a historical buttafuoco that is born only here and that tells, without it. filters, the strength and history of these hills.
The appointment – Sunday 14 September – is set at 10 am at the House of the Historical Buttafuoco, where the participants will be welcomed with a welcome coffee and will be divided into groups of about 15 people, each intended for a member cellar.
Once the cellar is reached by own means, the day begins with a visit to the vineyard, a pleasant walk between autumn colors and scents, and continues with the guided tasting of the wines of the host cellar con combination with bread, salami, cooked salami and local parmesan cheese.
The lunch includes a delicious and substantial menus with traditional seasonal products con the regione: risotto with salami amalgama shaded with bouncer and roasted cup with grape sauce, combined with a tasting of the historic bouncer cru.
