Spinach crepes: recipe without ricotta

Description

In this post we will inform you about an easy and fast meal, valued by grownups and kids. Even the children will have the ability to consume veggies in this manner. Spinach crepes without ricotta are truly scrumptious.

Active Ingredients

70 g of flour;
1.2 ml of milk;
2 egg;
900 g of spinach;
50 g of parmesan;
40 g of butter;
2 sprigs of marjoram;
2 ml of fresh cream; Nutmeg as required; Salt to taste

Guidelines

Beat 2 eggs with a whisk with the sorted flour, melted butter, milk, 0.6 dl of water and a pinch of salt. Let the ready batter rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then, clean the spinach and prepare them in a pan without including water. Once they are prepared, slice the marjoram or, if you do not have it in your home, some fragrant herbs and blend with parmesan, a pinch of salt and nutmeg. As soon as the batter has actually rested, eliminate it from the refrigerator and grease a non-stick pan with butter and when the pan is well warmed, put a ladle of batter and, turning the pan, guarantee it adheres well around its whole area. Prepare 2 minutes on one side and another 2 on the other side. Get rid of the crepes and set up on a plate and continue like this till you complete all the batter. Fill the crepes with the spinach filling that you have actually prepared together with the fragrant herbs, roll up and put them in a buttered pan. Then spray some cream with parmesan over the crepes. Put your crepes in the oven at 200º for 20 minutes. Let them au gratin on the top!!
