High Protein Creamy Chicken Alfredo! 542 Calories|65g protein|47g carbohydrates|12g fat

โข 100g light cream cheese (i usage lightest Philadelphia).
โข 20g parmesan or shredded mozzarella.
โข 1 tsp Italian herbs.
โข 1/2 cup pasta water.
