Produced with Tocai Friulano grapes, it is fermented and aged in steel and owes its durability to the long aging on the yeasts before bottling. Fermentation is performed by native yeasts, with stringent temperature level control.

Visual evaluation: straw yellow with golden flashes.

Olfactory evaluation: a pleased mix of flower and fruity feelings defines the olfactory variety. Violet, jasmine, peach and candied mandarin emerge, touched by mineral subtleties and bready scents.

Olfactory trial run: constant with the taste, by virtue of its dynamic freshness, it establishes on tasty notes, to end on a little almondy memories.

Pairing: outstanding with appetisers and fried fish, fresh cheeses.

Malvasia DOC Collio 2022

Tasting notes

Produced with Malvasia Istriana grapes. After cautious choice of the grapes, the should acquired is delegated ferment in steel tanks at a regulated temperature level. Olfactory trial run: taste of enjoyable freshness, with a structure improved by level of acidity and taste in best synergy with each other.

Pairing: outstanding with shellfish, fish very first courses.
