Tasting notes

Made Up of Sangiovese (80%) and Red Wine (20%), it originates from the grapes of the Levante vineyard exposed to the sun and the breezes of the Adriatic Sea. Fermented for 15 days with 2 pumping overs each day, it is drained dry and decanted for 5 days before proceeding to improvement in barrique for 5 years.

Visual evaluation: compact ruby red with garnet streaks.

Olfactory evaluation: on the nose it is a kaleidoscope of odorous subtleties that expose themselves a number of times. Visual evaluation: brilliant ruby red.

Olfactory evaluation: covering and abundant fragrance, made up of little red fruits, experiences of undergrowth, sweet spices of nutmeg, vanilla pods and tips of leather revitalized by prompt balsamic tones of eucalyptus.

Taste-olfactory test: well balanced and relentless sip, supported by well-formed tannins. An outstanding expression of the lands of this business, it is the fruit of the grapes from the Miracolo vineyard.

Pairing: perfect with appetisers, initially courses with meat sauce, red meat.

Giulia Morichelli D’Altemps– IGT Marche Bianco– 2021

Tasting notes

Made Up of Maceratino Ribona (100%), it originates from the grapes of the Levante vineyard. It ages for 14 months in barrels, barriques and tonneaus, then rests for 12 months in the bottle.

Visual evaluation: straw yellow flecked with gold.

Olfactory evaluation: it with confidence marks tips of Mediterranean scrub embeded in a great material of sweet spices, and after that offers tips of unique fruit and peaches. It concludes with an interesting mineral touch.

Taste-olfactory test: the sip is nimble and well balanced, abundant in freshness and with the best glycerine dosage. Determination is marked by the interesting mouthwatering path.
