The Great Native Italian Vineyards, the successful tasting curated by Riccardo Cotarella at Vinitaly 2024

Last April 16th, in the Sala Argento of the Palaexpo, throughout Vinitaly 2024, the tasting devoted to “The Excellent Italian Native Vines” accompanied red wines from historical business and some start-ups.

After greetings from Federico Bricolo, President of Veronafiere, the tasting, chaired by Riccardo Cotarella and Luciano Ferraro, included 12 Italian red wines, therefore representing the very best of nationwide production from North to South.

Cotarella’s conduct of the tasting was flawless, including and amazing the 160 visitors present. Cotarella highlighted the significance of completely comprehending a white wine through understanding of the grape range, the manufacturer, the area and the history of the red wine itself, before raising the glass to taste it. Moreover, conversation and sharing of viewpoints amongst individuals was motivated, including reporters and market specialists to reveal their understandings of each red wine being tasted.

The Vinitaly 2024 Grand Tasting used an amazing experience, commemorating Italy’s red wine quality and declaring the essential function of individuals in protecting and promoting the nation’s red wine heritage.

Riccardo Cotarella likewise asked the reporters and market employees present and spoke with to specify red wine with an adjective.
