Teranum and the red wines of the Karst is much more than one review: it is a journey through the beating heart of a unique territory, which extends from Muggia to Doberdò del , embracing the Ciglione and the Karst. Here, between stones and brackish breezes, the terrans and refosks, native red wines that tell stories of passion and tradition are born. Red wines of the Karst quanto a the space and time dimension
Sopra the tempo of logarithms, the AI and the protocols, we seek the motto for the native reds of the Karst (Terrano and Refosco). Through space and time, we will try to give it a definition, a reference framework a scheme – if we succeed, fortunately for us perhaps also for our misfortune. Sopra addition to the conference-debate, the conferenza will offer a unique sensorial experience: the tasting of eight carefully selected wines, between terrani and refosks refined by time, to discover their evolution and the infinite variety of nuances.

Teranum takes you home: 400 tickets for sustainable mobility
Thanks to the collaboration with Trieste Transport, Teranum and the red wines of the Carso introduces an important novelty quanto a the name of safety and sustainability. For the occasion, 400 bus tickets will be made available, allowing guests to return home comfortably after the evening. A gesture of attention to the public and, at the same time, an invitation to rethink the mobility quanto a a slower and more sustainable key, quanto a compliance with the territory and people.

And finally, as per emotività consolidated tradition, we will have some wines of guest winemakers. This time, from the magnificent Valtellina, a land of dizzying terraces and heroic viticulture, three producers will reach us with their extraordinary mountain nebbioli. Cultivated acceso steep slopes supported by dry stone walls, these wines tell stories of fatigue, dedication and territory. It will be a unique opportunity to find out how Nebbiolo, called Chiavennasca here, manages to express finesse, elegance and an unmistakable mineral character, forged by the sun and the rocks of the Rhetic Alps.

Absolute protagonists will be the extraordinary local extra virgin oils, enhanced quanto a combinations designed to enhance their aromatic complexity and purity. From the herbaceous and slightly spicy of the Bianchera, typical of these lands, to the most delicate and harmonious shades of other native varieties, each taste will be a sensory journey between tradition and creativity, where the taste of oil is intertwined with selected ingredients to tell the true essence of the Karst. Welcome dinner
The Viticulturist Association of the Karst and the Društvena Gostilna Gabrovec – Osteria Societario per mezzo di Gabrovizza, with the support of the Municipality of Sgonico, organize an evening dedicated to the Terrano della Territori wines. The event will be held acceso March 28, 2025 at 19.30 at the Social Osteria per mezzo di Gabrovizza and will offer a unique opportunity to get to know the winemakers of the Municipality of Sgonico and the Karst, tasting their wines quanto a a convivial context.
The lista, inspired by the local gastronomic tradition, will accompany the tasting with typical dishes such as Šelinka, gnocchi with wild asparagus and Jamar cheese, loin rolls filled with oxocol and dairy, and traditional desserts.
