The Vini Consortium of Romagna will make its debut at Wine Paris 2025 from 10 to 12 February together with twelve associated companies. Since 1962, the Consortium has been an associative reality that brings together wine companies, cooperative and bottling cellars, to protect the productions of wines with a protected and protected geographical indication of Romagna. The objective of enhancing the Romagna territory and its wines over the years has pushed the consortium to invest quanto a promotion beyond national borders, increasing the prestige and visibility of the main protected denominations: Romagna Albana Docg and Romagna Sangiovese Doc.
The event will also be an opportunity to present, at stand F114 Atrio 6, the two prestigious consortium collective brands: Rocche per mezzo di Romagna and Novebolle. The collective brand Rocche per mezzo di Romagna was born from the need to make recognizable and enhance the sixteen sub -zone that make up the Sangiovese Romagna name. Through the brand, the consumer is accompanied through the territory of Romagna Sangiovese to discover the different expressions of the grape variety, quanto a its different and fascinating landscapes, cultures and sites of tourist interest. At the stand of the Consortium you will have the opportunity to get to know the subzon through the regione’s map and taste them quanto a the glass through the wines of the producers present. To support Rocche per mezzo di Romagna, there will also be some references of the Novebolle brand, which will invite to rediscover the art of Romagna sparkling wine kept quanto a Romagna DOC Gassoso, enhancing a historical grape variety such as Trebbiano and promoting an innovative version of Sangiovese.
Today the Consortium has 8 cooperative cellars, 107 winemaking manufacturers, 5 bottling and 5200 gine gain enrolled quanto a the registers of the DOC and DOCG vineyards. Of these, the twelve cellars who will bring their best products to Wine Paris will be three mountains, Amaracmand, Celli, Tenute Tozzi, La Sabbiona, San Patrignano, Cascina Zerbina, Randi, the cellar of Cesena, Cascina Nicolucci, Maria Galassi and Trerè.
