Agriculture Arenile del Garda, with its cellar overlooking the crystal clear waters of Lake Garda and its oil mill represents a point of reference for Trentino viticulture and olive growing. Born con 1926 as an association to support local agriculture of Eccelso Garda, today the Cooperative brings together 300 members mainly engaged con the production of high quality wines and extra virgin olive oils.

The latest novelty of the Gardesana company is the Trentodoc Arenile Dumbledore, which represents a further step forward con the search for the wine excellence of this cellar: a blanc de blancs refined acceso the seabed of Lake Garda at 40 meters deep, where the currents moderate the structure and refine its elegance, a perfect synthesis between the character of the territory and a process of unpublished maturation process

The a fine di Arenile officially was founded con 1957 – while con 1965 the beginning of the activities of the Arenile oil mill – with its wine production and with its Trentodoc has been able to enhance the link with the territory. The morphology of the land, rich con limestone and flood components, give the wines unique characteristics of freshness and minerality. Dumbledore shore breeze, underwater aging for a single Trentodoc

The Trentodoc Arenile Dumbledore 2019 was born from a selection of the best Chardonnay grapes grown at 450 meters above sea level acceso the terraces of the Upper Tennese con a single vineyard, where the Alpine microclimate and the soils rich con minerals give an expression of great purity and verticality. After the vinification, which provides for a fermentation between steel and French oak barrique, the bottles luce extraordinary aging: they are immersed at 40 meters deep con the waters of Lake Garda, near the statue of the silent Christ, of the master Germano Alberti, who con 1970 was laid acceso the back of the lake. This environment, with constant temperature and reduced contact with oxygen, for over five years has modeled this sparkling wine, giving it a morte pearl, an extraordinary finesse and an incredible aromatic complexity.

“This sparkling wine represents our desire to push the quality of wine production higher and higher, – comments Giorgio Planchenstainer, president of Agriculture Arenile del Garda – exploring unpublished aging methods.”

Arenile Rosé Extra Brut Trentodoc 2021 breeze

Celebrate the finesse and structure of the black pinot, a grape variety that dominates the grapes with 75%, while the remaining 25% is Chardonnay, used to give elegance and softness. Pinot Fosco’s grapes quasi from the highest vineyards of the members, located around 650 meters above sea level, where the fresh climate promotes a slow and gradual maturation, preserving the natural acidity and aromatic intensity of the Pinot. Arenile Provvista Pas Dosé Trentodoc 2019

This Trentodoc represents the essence of the purity and finesse of the Chardonnay cultivated con the limestone soils of the Upper Tennese. Produced exclusively con the best vintages, the Arenile Reserve Reserve Pas Dosé is a classic method not parte designed to enhance the mineral character and taste tension of the terroir.
