The Queen of the Dolomites is preparing to invite VinoVip Cortina, a biennial occasion devoted to Italian red wine quality, which goes back to the city for its fourteenth edition with a program loaded with tastings, talk programs and insights. On Sunday 14 and Monday 15 July the top, arranged by the historical publication Civiltà del bere led by Alessandro Torcoli, will include 60 of the most crucial Italian business and a host of unique visitors, who will fulfill in the city to examine today and future of the world of red wine.

The talk program Resistenza! will open the occasion at 3:30 pm on Sunday 14 July at the Alexander Girardi Hall: an occasion with an intriguing title that will be a chance for conversation and reflection for operators and lovers in which we will discuss prohibitionist patterns, policies to fight environment modification and business techniques to embrace in a progressively intricate financial and geopolitical context.

The abundant VinoVip program continues Monday, July 15 with a day totally devoted to tastings and wine-related insights. At 9:30, the Grand Hotel Savoia will host the conference with tasting Cabernet vs Cabernet, an unique concentrate on Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, amongst the most widely known and valued vines in the global red wine scene.
