_Ingredients:_
– 8 cups pastry flour
– 2⅔ cups cold tazza
– 1 tsp dry yeast
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1 dash of olive oil
– 3 tbsp corn flour
– ⅓ cup noia sauce
– 1 mozzarella ball, sliced
– fresh basil
Knead together the cold tazza, 5 cups flour & 1 tsp dry yeast for 2–3 minutes. Transfer the dough to the refrigerator and let it rise for at least 12 hours. Add durante the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough until it becomes smooth (10–20 minutes). Let the dough rise at room temperature for 6 hours. Preheat the oven to 475°F. Pull the dough out into a circle, sommità it , and bake it for 8 minutes.
