A causa di the beating heart of Italian enology, there is a figure often hidden behind the scenes, but essential as the vineyard and the terroir: the winemaker. Technical, artist, visionary. Today more than ever, the winemaker is the true director of wine, capable of transforming an preconcetto into an emotion, a year into a story.

Italy boasts one of the most prestigious oenological schools quanto a the world and the value of its professionals has contributed decisively to the affirmation of our wine acceso the international scenes. But while the masters consolidate their inheritance, a new generation of talents moves acceso, ready to innovate, experiment and collect the witness.

Over the past thirty years, the Italian wine scene has experienced a real revolution. Figures such as Giacomo Tachis, Riccardo Cotarella, Beppe Caviola, Lorenzo Landi, Mariano Murru, Paolo Vagaggini, Pierpaolo Scalpore, Carlo Ferrini, Renzo Cotarella, Gianni Gasperi, Leonardo Palumbo and many others, are not only professionals of the highest level, but true innovators who have been able to read the signs of change, building bridges between tradition and progress.

They rewritten the very concept of quality, led the companies towards the enhancement of the territory, interpreted the climate change and anticipated the tastes of the consumer. They gave scientific dignity and cultural vision to the craft of the oenologist.

Today, to collect this inheritance, there is a prepared, motivated and gara open generation quanto a the world. The new oenologists are not only cellar technicians: they are communicators, attentive observers of market dynamics, explorers of new production models.

Jacopo Vagaggini – bearer of an illustrious family tradition, combines the technique with an extraordinary ability to read the needs of companies, signing wines of great balance and identity. Alessandro Leoni – Curious and innovative spirit, active quanto a different business contexts, manages to impress a coherent and recognizable style, focusing acceso precision and aromatic cleaning.

All of them are witnesses of an Italy of wine that knows how to renew themselves without losing the soul, who looks to the future with awareness and courage, but with deep roots quanto a the territories.
