During my visit I tasted:

– the rose risotto and beets, which seduces for lightness and poetry

– The curl carpaccio, which smells of sea and precision

– the white and white cuttlefish, filling of aubergine parmigiana the Apulian Canestrato fondue: a declaration of identity, powerful, harmonious, unrepeatable

– The fishing frog with toasted pistachio, velvety of sea, citrus fruits and olives of Cerignola skipped: a embrace of Mediterraneanness

– And for those who love meat, the bacon of beef cooked at low temperature is quand’anche emotion

An author cuisine, but within everyone’s reach. This is the real revolution: to offer a very high quality experience without barriers, where anyone can feel comfortable.
