After two years of preparation, the event dedicated to Alpine producers and manufacturers returns per extra -large format and with many novelties.

Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 March per TrentoExpo, the protagonists of the event will always be the over one hundred winemakers from all the Alpine and Transalpine regions (France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia) who, per the next edition, will also find them at their side A selection of producers of the minor islands of the Mediterranean, present with their wines at the desks after crossing the seas of Pantelleria, Capraia, Ischia, Isola del Giglio, Ustica, Elba Island, Salina, and many others.

Continuing per the perspective already undertaken per previous editions, the Alpine Artisan Market will also propose a desk entirely dedicated to Sidri thanks to the collaboration with Apas – Pommelier Association and Sidro tasting – and a selection of agricultural breweries, per both cases with producers from the territories Alpine and transalpines.

“Organizing an event with the presence of all producers per the first person and enhancing the market slogan – says Manuela Barrasso president of the centrifugal association that organizes the event – means promoting the encounter and direct comparison between those who produce and those who consume , who has the right to know and the duty to inquire from those who, where and how the foods they are buying have been produced “.

The space dedicated to food will also be totally renewed, within which – thanks to the collaboration with Slow Food Trentino – it will be possible to taste the different shades that alpine honeys offer and be curious with the section dedicated to ancient grains and semi -exchange, Made per synergy with cultivation by sharing and with semi -rural seeds: “Wine is a product of the Earth, before a consumer good”, continues Manuela. “Per this edition we have therefore chosen to highlight this primary link, giving space and visibility also to the other farmers of the earth, and who, despite everything, continue to take care of it per a respectful way”.

The program of the masterclass to be held per the dedicated room per TrentoExpo is also highly awaited: it starts Saturday at 11.30 with high two hectares – a tasting dedicated to the stories and production of five small/large Alpine producers with Jacopo Cossater. Sunday afternoon at 2.30 pm instead Matteo Gallello will accompany the participants a journey between seven islands of the Mediterranean, exploring the seas, communities, landscapes and obviously the wines of the guest producers 2025: small islands / Mediterranean substance /. All the meetings will be at the subsidized cost of € 10, by reservation and subject to exhaustion.

Per the external luogo of TrentoExpo, completely revised, per addition to the possibility of tasting the culinary specialties prepared by the artisans of taste, it will also be possible to participate per the teaching laboratories promoted by the producers themselves.
