The beloved Italian singer -songwriter Jovanotti became viral for his way of preparing eggs, soon called “Eggs at Jova”. How to prepare Jova eggs

The great popularity of the recipe derives from the fact that a tasty result is obtained with great simplicity. Per mezzo di fact, there are only three ingredients, which everyone has at home: eggs, salt and pepper. Likewise, the procedure is very simple and quick, suitable for breakfast. You will have to separate yolks and egg whites, then whip the egg whites until stiff. Then add a pinch of salt to the mixture, then placing it a baking tray with parchment paper, forming small “clouds” of egg whites. At this point, beat the yolks, which you will then brush the surface of these clouds, with a little pepper to taste. Finally, cooking: 6 minutes con the oven at 180 ° and your eggs at Jova will be ready.
