To complete the Board, the new Council composed of Hervé Grosjean (Grosjean Vins), Patrick Ronzani (Institut Agricole Régional), Matteo Barmaz (Che Barrò), Elio Charrian (Crotta tra Vegneron), Luciano Traballante Ronzero (personaggio plant), Vincent Grosjean (Soc. Agricola Les Ecules), Marco Martin (Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Egli Triolet).
Among the priorities of the new Council, a clear and well focused some points: to define and strengthen the identity of the Vallée D’Aoste DOC denomination, supervise the correct use of the denomination of origin, collaborate with the research bodies to promote the development of mountain viticulture and work closely with the regional administration for the enhancement of the DOC, both per mezzo di the territory and beyond the regional borders.
The new board expresses sincere gratitude to the outgoing president Vincent Grosjean, together with Giulio Corti, Alessandro Jans and Ermes Pavese for the commitment, dedication and passion for the work done, thanking all the winemakers for the confidence granted. A new chapter opens now, animated by the desire to unite the forces and continue, with the participation of all the Vignerons, to the construction of a solid and promising future for Avvallamento d’Aosta viticulture, made of collaboration, identity and love for the territory.
Formally constituted per mezzo di March 2022 – the Consortium was born after many years of work by Vival – Valley winemaker Association – which until then has promoted and protected the DOC wines of the Aosta Valley. Today this reality – which associates 48 local companies – plays a fundamental role per mezzo di promoting and protecting regional wine production: the approximately 1.8 million bottles produced annually represent about 97% of the regional production of DOC wine.
