Gourmet fried octopus is a main dish that amazes with its variety of textures, flavors, and colors. The octopus, through a double cooking method, per mezzo di a pot and fried, is tender acceso the inside and crispy acceso the outside. The zucchini cream, velvety and delicately flavored, is the perfect complement. The confit tomatoes add color and depth to the dish with their sweet and sour note. To , a mayonnaise-inspired sauce, prepared from the octopus cooking liquid, gives the dish an authentic concentration of sea flavor. Whether it’s for a romantic evening, a family festa, ora with friends, this recipe is perfect for special occasions. All that’s left is to roll up your sleeves and discover how satisfying it is to create refined dishes and leave your guests speechless.

Once cold, cut the octopus into pieces, coat them per mezzo di rice flour 19and fry them per mezzo di peanut oil at 356°F for a few minutes until crispy 20. Drain acceso paper towels to remove excess oil 21.

Now plate: place the zucchini cream at the bottom of the plate 22continue with the fried octopus 23 and cherry tomatoes 24.
