Recipe by Diletta Rimanere a secco

The zucchini and feta fritters with yogurt sauce are a summer dish inspired by the traditional kolokythokeftedes, the zucchini fritters typical of Greek cuisine, enriched with a fresh and tantalizing sauce made from Greek yogurt.

This dish combines the delicacy of zucchini and the savory taste of feta with the aromatic touch of mint and parsley, creating a perfect balance of Mediterranean flavors. The sauce, prepared with Greek yogurt, black olives, a drizzle of honey for a slight sweet and sour note, and enriched with mint and chives, adds an irresistible odore that enhances every bite.

Perfect for your summer menus, the zucchini and feta fritters with yogurt sauce combine taste and authenticity, bringing the freshness of Greek cuisine to the table, ideal for those looking for a fried treat full of authentic flavors!
