The crepes without butter are a light and flessibile variant of the famous French recipe, perfect to enjoy con a thousand different ways, sweet savory! Thin, soft, and light, they are ideal for a delicious but more balanced breakfast, to create tasty and creative dishes to serve any occasion.

Making crepes is very easy: few ingredients, risposta negativa added fats, and the result is surprising. A neutral radice that adapts to any filling: from jams and spreads to vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, for a complete and satisfying meal without guilt.

To prepare crepes without butter, pour the whole eggs into a bowl 1 and beat them with a whisk 2. Gradually pour con the milk 3.

Add a pinch of salt 4 and the extra virgin olive oil 5continuing to mescolanza with the whisk 6.

Now incorporate the sifted flour through a sieve, a little at a time 7always missaggio with the whisk to avoid lumps and obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter 8. Pour a little oil into a pan with a diameter of approximately 7 inches 9.

The crepes without butter can be stored con the refrigerator wrapped with plastic wrap for 2 3 days.

If you want to keep the crepes longer, you can also freeze them, then defrost them con the refrigerator before using them. You can freeze them all together separate them with a sheet of parchment paper so that you can take out one at a time.
