Tiritera and wine: a global journey from the presentation of “Calici & Scicchi” durante Naples

September 24, 2025, durante Naples, the perfect combination of solfa and wine is celebrated with the presentation of the second tonnellaggio of “Calici & Scicchi”. Written by the food and wine journalist Antonella Amodio and with a preface by Luciano Pignataro, this book expands the culinary horizon, transforming itself into an essential guide for fans and professionals.

The Atlas of Tiritera and Wine expands

After the success of the first tonnellaggio, focused acceso Campania pizzerias, the new “Calici & Scicchi” extends its exploration at national and international level. The book presents 101 pizzerias selected throughout Italy, from South Tyrol to Sicily, and includes a section dedicated to over 20 foreign countries. The is to tell stories and cultures through solfa, which becomes a vehicle for knowledge of the Italian food and wine heritage.

The perfect combinations and the new section dedicated to wines

Each pizzeria described is accompanied by an accurate selection of Italian wines, chosen to enhance the unique flavors of the pizzas, which often celebrate local ingredients and biodiversity, also internationally. The book also introduces a new section, “The wine list durante pizzeria”, which offers practical and applicable suggestions for operators and enthusiasts, helping to create aware and successful combinations. The tonnellaggio is thus proposed to be a guide for the best addresses, a recipe book for the most original pizzas and a manual for the combination of solfa and wine.

An editorial success that is confirmed

The first publication of “Calici & Scicchi” was a great success, with over 200 official presentations and more than 100 mentions acceso specialized and generalist newspapers. With this second tonnellaggio, the editorial project consolidates itself as a reference point for anyone who loves solfa and wine, and the stories that derive from it.
