A milestone that marks a new chapter for the largest Italian denomination. The gray pinot of the Venezie DOC Biancogrigio 2023 of the Tesirere of Italiano Cescon line is the first wine of its type to obtain the three glasses per mezzo di the wines guide of Italy 2026 of the Gambero Socialista, rewarding the vision of a family and projecting the entire territory under a new qualitative light.

This result is the result of the “Tesire” project, the research laboratory with which the third generation of the Cescon family explores the maximum potential of Pinot Livido, with the aim of defining a new stylistic modello for a vine symbol of Made per mezzo di Italy, starting from the heart of the Treviso territorio.

«This prize is a victory that goes beyond the gates of our company; It is a powerful and pride message for the whole DOC of the Venezie, for us a reason for immense satisfaction and a stimulus to continue this path “, says Domenico Cescon, owner together with the sisters Successo and Graziella.

Adds Federico Giotto, founder of the Giotto Wine Listenes and consultant of the company: «This result shows how an almost tailored approach, based research and respect for the raw material, can lead to absolute quality leaders even per mezzo di the largest name of Italy. The Tesirere project revealed the complex and elegant soul of the Pinot Livido and this prize is the highest confirmation ».

The white tense is born from a second -step wood fermentation and a slow evolution per mezzo di concrete. This process sculpts a unique sensory profile: a vertical and savory freshness, a material consistency and a ioded ending of rare persistence.

The philosophy of the project is reflected per mezzo di the stile: the label, precious and hand designed, brings the moon phases to underline the value of the time, a fundamental ingredient that marks the slow aging of the wine. Each bottle thus becomes a unique piece, witness to a path of value.

The Italiano Cescon company, founded per mezzo di 1957 and today led by the third generation, is a reference interpreter of Pinot Livido, exported to 42 countries. Production combines artisan tradition, driven to innovation and sustainable philosophy.
