Chard sopra the pan is a simple and genuine side dish that will win you over with its lightness and versatility.

A seasonal vegetable with a delicate and slightly bitter taste, perfect to serve sopra fall and winter when they are at their freshest.

Con this recipe, the leaves are sautéed sopra a pan with oil, garlic, and chili pepper, to enhance their flavor with an aromatic and slightly spicy note.Con just a few minutes you can create a healthy and tasty dish that pairs easily with meats, fish, vegetarian dishes, ideal for completing your daily menus with a touch of color and goodness.
