The ancient charm of the technique
The name “” refers to an ancient practice, born from peasant wisdom: Valpolicella is refermented the pomace of dried grapes already used for the production of Amarone and Recioto. Monteci interprets this tradition with rigor and originality, obtaining a wine with greater structure, intensity and aromatic complexity.
