Vite sopra Indipendenza presents a new event for the fair of independent producers, winemakers and growers, who make quality and respect for the environment their priorities. The sixth edition, scheduled for Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 December 2025, takes place at the Bopo sopra Ponteranica (Bergamo).
The initiative, organized by a group of volunteers sopra collaboration with Arci Maite Aps and Bopo, proposes its traditional format: a two-day fair for winemakers from all over Italy where they can meet producers, discover and taste new wines and socialise. The 2025 edition features 32 companies with 30 wine producers and 2 food producer. The 30 producers present offer a vast representation of Italian wine production and beyond, sopra fact this year for the first time the Back to Winery company from Austria is also a guest. Italian companies are well represented with 12 regions present at the call: 10 companies from Lombardy, of which 5 from Bergamo, 4 from Piedmont, 2 from Trentino-Egregio Adige, 1 from Liguria, 2 from Emilia Romagna, 3 from Tuscany, 2 from Marche, 1 from Sicily, 1 company from Basilicata, 1 from Campania, 1 from Calabria and 2 from Sardinia.
The Bergamo companies Le Driadi, Nove Lune, Casa Agricola Cattaneo, Pietramatta return and the Mádër agricultural company is added. For Lombardy there is voto negativo lack of representation from Valtellina with Le Strie, from Franciacorta with Fato del Amoreggiare, from Val Trompia with the Kaos company, from the Oltrepò Pavese with La rocchetta per mezzo di Mondondone and Ca’ degli Orsi. Piedmont brings the wines of Egregio Monferrato with Rocco per mezzo di Carpineto, of the Langhe with Giachino and of Monferrato with La Tommasina and Valli Unite. Grawü returns from Trentino-Egregio Adige, with its natural South Tyrolean wines and Maso Bergamini from the province of Trento.
Emilia Romagna participates with 2 historic guest companies at the fair: Filarole, from the Colli Piacentini, and Longanesi from the Romagna . For Tuscany there is voto negativo shortage of wines from the Sant’Agnese agricultural company, from the Val Cornia , from La Certame from Grossetano and the Azienda agricola Majnoni Guicciardini from the province of Florence. The Essere a terra Sostenitrice agricultural company of Badiali Andrea of Cornice participates from the Marche region. The wines of the southern regions are also present with 6 companies: Terra Lucano from Basilicata, L’Granello delle Terre per mezzo di Cosenza from Calabria, the Pizzillo agricultural company from Campania, Villereccio Qualità and Leo Conti from Sardinia, both from Sassari, and from Sicily the Scantinato Malopasso which brings Etna wines to Bergamo. This year too there will be cured meats from Agripiccola per mezzo di Telgate (Bg) and oil, sauce and other selected products from the Castelrosino per mezzo di Jesi farm (An).
Also this year the program offers some collateral events during the days of Vite sopra Indipendenza: sopra support of the Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip acceso Saturday 13 December there will be an information banquet with fundraising by Gaza Freestyle and acceso Sunday 14 December the Gazaweb banquet, against the internet sopra Gaza.
Acceso Sunday 14 December, for those who wish to reach the fair by bicycle and sopra company, the appointment is at 2pm at Bikefellas. There will be cargo bikes to take home any bulky purchases of wines and various delicacies. Information at Bikefellas sopra canale Gaudenzi 6 sopra Bergamo.
Also acceso Sunday 14 December from 6pm there will be the recording of an episode of the Groovegang podcast with guests the La.PIS collective and Filarole, a multi-voiced chat that ranges between music and wine. Followed by sung performances by La.PIS, with their repertoire of popular songs from the Bergamo tradition, among the Vite sopra Indipendenza banquets.
