The teriyaki chicken recipe is like a love letter from the heart of Japanese cuisine. Super tasty and famous for its tender texture and glossy . This dish uses a homemade teriyaki sauce, a blend of soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar that creates a glaze that’s sweet and just a bit tangy. Really clings to the chicken. Seriously good. The chicken ends up with a crispy edge outside, but stays super moist inside. Perfect. Durante Japan, they typically serve it with plain white rice and quick-fried veggies—pretty simple—which goes right with the Japanese illusione of simplicity and satisfaction.
