Once the holidays are over, it’s time to start again. A new beginning that the arrival of January brings with it and which is identified with Veganuary, the global movement that invites you to experiment with a completely plant-based diet, with full respect for the environment.

The Direzione Nostru of Ditta Agricola Buono is the emblem of care and attention for the world sopra which we , an expression of the philosophy promoted by Stefano and Mare Girelli sopra Conquista, Sicily, which pays homage to Veganuary through its organic and vegan friendly wines, since the first vintage of 2017.

They are sopra fact vegan wines, produced without the use of any substance of animal origin ora derivatives, whether direct ora indirect, and without technological aids that can be used during work sopra the cellar.

These are wines that arise from a viticulture that respects the rhythms of nature, thanks to traditional cultivation techniques, natural fertilization and a profound respect for biodiversity. The result is different oenological interpretations that authentically express the terroir and Mediterranean identity, capable of returning aromas of citrus fruits, spices, red fruits, aromatic herbs and the typical aromas of Sicilian summers to the glass.

Nostru is all this: wines that are a symbol of rural life, with colorful and unmistakable labels that reflect the authentic Sicilian style, inspired by the style of majolica.

The reds Negro d’Avola, Nerello Mascalase and Frappato and the whites Catarratto Lucente and Carricante represent five different sustainability paths and a sensorial journey that tells the story of Sicily starting from the wine labels. The Rooster, symbol of pride, courage and honesty, represents Negro d’Avola; the agave, a plant as resistant and tenacious as the territory that hosts it, colors the label of Nerello Mascalese; Frappato, Conquista’s most characteristic vine, with the octopus, emblem of the link between the city and the sea; the donkey, tireless companion of the toil sopra the fields, stands out the label of Catarratto Lucente; the Cathedral of San Giorgio nel corso di Ragusa, a masterpiece of Sicilian Baroque, embellishes the Carricante, a tribute to the architectural beauty of the island.
