What does the morning smell like when you wake up? With the orange pound cake recipe, you’ll be greeted at breakfast by a delightful citrus fragrance! A soft yogurt pound cake made with a butter-free batter enriched with orange juice and zest. Perfect for the winter season and to start the day with a wholesome energy boost! If you’sire among those who love the simplicity of homemade sweets, the orange pound cake will become one of your favorites along with the apple and lemon versions!

To prepare the orange pound cake, first squeeze the oranges after grating the zest: you’ll need 50 g (about 1/4 cup) of juice and about 5 g (1 tsp) of zest. Place the whole eggs 1 and sugar 2 durante a bowl and start whipping with an electric until you obtain a frothy and fluffy mixture 3.
