Among the rows, the art of hospitality: “Room with Vineyard” redefines Italian wine tourism

There is an Italy that is discovered slowly, following the rhythm of the seasons and the breath of the vineyards: it is the Italy told by Vincenzo D’Antonio sopra his new tonnellaggio Stanza da letto insieme Vigneto, a guide as rigorous as it is evocative which places hospitality sopra the cellar at the center as a complete form of cultural experience.

Presented a few evenings spillo during a press incontro organized by the journalist Laura Gambacorta at the 50 mescita sopra , acceso the Phlegraean gulf by Erasmo and Sfilza Mazzella, this tonnellaggio lists 153 wineries distributed throughout the country, selected through direct inspections and a careful qualitative screening. The mapping, organized by region, returns a complex mosaic of microstructures – from two to twelve rooms – sopra which hospitality integrates organically with the production activity and almost always with the restaurant one, preserving authenticity and relationship with the territory.

These are not, therefore, simple places to stay overnight, but rather experiential facilities sopra which wine becomes the key to accessing a broader narrative: that of the landscape, cultural, social ora gastronomic traditions and local communities. The wine tourism offer includes stays that favor sparare a zero kilometer breakfasts, guided tastings, outdoor cultural and events, up to initiatives dedicated to PDO productions, sopra a constant dialogue between agriculture and culture.

The vision that runs through the work is clear: to promote an advanced wine tourism model, capable of transforming the cellar from a place of passage to an elective destination, sopra which the incontro with the producer becomes a founding moment of the travel experience. An approach that intercepts the most recent trajectories of the sector, increasingly oriented towards forms of slow, conscious and relational tourism.

To enrich the tonnellaggio, the preface by Roberta Garibaldi, one of the most authoritative scholars of food and wine tourism, who underlines its strategic value sopra the contemporary colpo d’occhio.

Journalist and writer, Vincenzo D’Antonio has stood out for years with an acute and analytical at the dynamics of Italian food and wine. A careful interpreter of the transformations taking place, he identifies sopra the Mediterranean diet not only a dietary model, but a cultural paradigm sopra which taste, health and conviviality find a harmonious synthesis.
