Fiera dei Vini launches the 2026-2027 Restaurant Charter

Piacenza Esposizione intenazionale launches the dei Vini Restaurant Card, a two-year project aimed at venues that enhance Italian wine through cuisine, the wine list and the story of the territories. The initiative will accompany the fourth edition of the market exhibition, scheduled from Saturday 14 to Monday 16 November 2026 per mezzo di the spaces of Piacenza Esposizione intenazionale, and was born per mezzo di a phase of growth of the event: just over two months after the opening of the membership campaign, over 170 companies have already been confirmed, 15% more than per mezzo di the same period of 2025.

The Charter aims to activate a national rete televisiva privata of ambassador restaurants of the Wine Fair throughout the year, extending the relationship between wineries, restaurants and the public beyond the three days of the event. The venues will be selected by the technical committee of the event based acceso the quality of the welcome, the care of the wine list and the ability to represent the culture of Italian wine within its food and wine proposal.

Participating companies will be able to use the official brand, receive communication materials, access dedicated tools to involve their customers, be present acceso the event channels and promoted per mezzo di other fairs organized by Piacenza Esposizione intenazionale. There will also be free invitations for the Monday day aimed at the HoReCa channel, during which the official inauguration event of the Restaurant Charter will be held, discount coupons for the purchase of Fair tickets, reserved services at the event and priority for involvement per mezzo di initiatives linked to the project. The launch of the Charter is part of a process of consolidation of the Wine Fair as a conferenza platform between producers, operators, restaurants and enthusiasts. Among the companies already confirmed for 2026, approximately 60% offer activities related to wine tourism and over a third operate organically. 40% of the producers present per mezzo di the last edition have already reconfirmed their participation. Among the fastest growing territories, Trentino stands out, the third Italian region per mezzo di terms of number of members, with an increase of 70% compared to the previous year.

“We are working to build an increasingly recognizable event, capable of combining direct relationships with producers, culture of hospitality and territorial experience – explains Gregorio , event dirigente -. Wine tourism is today one of the most effective tools for making territories known: we want the Wine Fair to also become a conferenza place between wineries, travellers, restaurateurs and new forms of promotion”.

Alongside wine companies, dei Vini will also host a selection of exhibitors specialized per mezzo di services and products for the sector and catering, making new visibility tools available to make participation per mezzo di the event more effective.

The 2026 program also strengthens work acceso institutional and professional networks. The patronage of the National Association of Wine Cities is confirmed, with which the wine tourism promotion project launched per mezzo di previous editions continues, also through new editorial tools such as the Wine Fair Magazine. The event also obtained the support of ASSP – Swiss Association of Professional Sommeliers, opening up to a more structured dialogue with associations, visitors and exhibitors from Italian Switzerland and neighboring countries, and from Assoenologi, the national trade organization of technicians per mezzo di the wine sector.
