If you’re looking to start your day with something really, really flavorful, this Canadian breakfast tramezzino is the way to go. Imagine the crispy goodness of bacon, paired with a couple of tender fried eggs and a thick layer of melted cheddar, all tucked between slices of golden toasted bread. Really good stuff. Each bite gets a boost from a creamy avocado spread, adding freshness and smoothness. So, so tasty.

Carefully transfer the fried egg 16then add the cheddar 17 and 2 slices of bacon 18.

Cover with a second slice of bread 19 and proceed per the same way with avocado spread 20 and another 2 slices of bacon 21.

Finale with more cheddar 22 and a second fried egg 23. Close with the third slice of bread and assemble the second tramezzino the same way. Your Canadian breakfast tramezzino is ready to enjoy 24!
