Pan-fried minced meat crisps: rich second course

Description

Pan-fried minced meat fritters are an easy and delicious 2nd course that the entire household likes, prepared to give the table in simply thirty minutes. Preparing them refers a couple of minutes: the time to blend the components in a bowl, develop the meatballs and prepare them in a pan with a drizzle of additional virgin olive oil. Exceptional to serve with a side meal on any celebration, so appealing that a person results in another: all you need to do is attempt them!

Components

500 g of minced veal;
100 g of grated parmesan;
2 medium eggs;
1 clove of garlic;
1 lot of fresh parsley; breadcrumbs to taste; to taste additional virgin olive oil; salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Gather all the components in a bowl: the minced meat, the eggs, the parmesan and an extremely great mix of garlic and parsley. Mix all the components with a spoon and include salt and black pepper to taste. Include a couple of tablespoons of breadcrumbs, simply enough to make the dough company and quickly mouldable. Prepare meatballs with somewhat dampened hands and squash them with the palm of your hand, then prepare the tortillas for about 10 minutes in a pan with additional virgin olive oil. Turn the flatbreads midway through cooking and examine that they are well prepared before eliminating them from the heat. Serve them still hot with a side meal of your option.
