Meatballs are a basic dish to work up as a main course, ideal for supper! These tender bites of ground meat seasoned with cheese, egg, and parsley are an essential for any joyful banquet or a household Sunday lunch. In this variation, we recommend pan-frying them, however their flexibility permits numerous other luring cooking approaches: baked meatballs, fried meatballs, meatballs in white sauce, meatballs in tomato sauce, and even hunter-style meatballs, simply among others!
