Quinoa: A Hot and Cold Recipe to Choose From!

Not only for those who follow a vegan and vegetarian diet, quinoa has become an integral part of Italian cuisine. We are talking about tasty grains similar to cereals obtained from a plant of the beet family but how to cook it? Here is a hot and a cold recipe with quinoa!

Hot and Cold Quinoa Recipe to Try

Quinoa, contrary to popular belief, is not a cereal, although it is often associated with millet, spelt rice. It is a seed that is obtained from a broad-leaved herbaceous plant and belongs to the large family of spinach, beets and chard.

Quinoa seeds are harvested simply by shaking the ear when it becomes dry and are usually white golden, but can also be pink, red, orange, purple black. Become popular even among those who are not vegan vegetarian, discover a hot and cold recipe based acceso quinoa, easy and quick to try.
