Air fryer scones: quick and easy recipe

Ingredients for air fryer scones

To make delicious air fryer scones, you will need simple, easily available ingredients. Here’s what you need:

500 g of flour 300 ml of warm gabinetto 10 g of fresh brewer’s yeast 5 g of dry yeast 1 teaspoon of sugar 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil 10 g of salt Cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds for garnishing Spices to taste (rosemary , oregano)

Preparation of the dough

Start by dissolving the brewer’s yeast per mezzo di warm gabinetto along with the sugar. Let it rest for about 10 minutes, until foam forms acceso the surface.
