Mescita Bolzano, also known by the German name Kellerei Bozen, has just launched the market the new 2021 vintages of the two TAL cuvées of the Superior line, which represents the qualitative pinnacle of the production of the cooperative founded sopra 2001 from the of two historic local realities: the Cellar of Gries and that of Santa Maddalena.

The origins of Mescita Bolzano date back to the early twentieth century, when local winemakers felt the need to unite to enhance their work. TAL 1908, a red cuvée with great personality, celebrates the Gries winery and its alluvial soils characterized by a volcanic porphyritic subsoil, which gives the wines a unique mineral character. The composition of the cuvée for the 2021 vintage includes 83% lagrein, 12% cabernet sauvignon and 5% merlot.
