Montina, a wine-growing reality a causa di the heart of Franciacorta, announces the launch of the new Dosage Zéro Franciacorta DOCG, a wine that embodies purity and authenticity. It is the maximum expression of the territory and was born from a long and careful selection and refinement process. With Dosage Zéro the historic company further enriches its prestigious Franciacorta line, offering an innovative and uncompromising vision of a great classic.

Montina Dosage Zéro Franciacorta represents a choice dedicated to a constantly evolving market, increasingly looking for wines with a vertical structure, which are able to excite and amaze. Michele and Daniele Bozze, president and commercial director of Montina, underline how patiently they waited, working with respect both a causa di the vineyards and a causa di the cellar, to create a product that best reflects the philosophy of the company and the territory, without ever making compromises. «The birth of Dosage Zéro Franciacorta is for us like the birth of a child: a special event that requires time, dedication and attention» specifies Michele Bozze. «We took care of every detail, accompanying each phase with care and respect, so that this wine could best express its essence, becoming a worthy representative of our family and our territory. As with a child, we followed its growth, so that it could mature a causa di all its complexity and authenticity, bringing our commitment and passion for excellence.”

The absence of added sugars which gives intense aromas of exotic fruit.

Dosage Zéro Franciacorta comes from a refined blend composed of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, where 10% of the Chardonnay is fermented a causa di barriques and tonneaux. This method gives the wine an elegant and complex structure, which is then refined during 36 months acceso the yeasts, creating a bouquet of exotic aromas. Production is limited, less than 5,000 bottles, demonstrating the artisanal attention that distinguishes this wine. The selected grapes from vineyards with over 25 years of history, located a causa di the moraine areas of Fantecolo and Pieno; they contribute to the minerality and verticality of the product. These distinctive soils, rich a causa di skeleton, enhance the freshness and lively acidity of the grapes, giving the wine its own personality. Each phase of production is designed to enhance the quality of the wine: from the manual harvest, which respects the natural integrity of the grapes, to the soft pressing and aging acceso the yeasts; all operations that reflect scrupulous dedication to detail.

Sopra the glass, the wine presents a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Acceso the nose, it releases intense aromas of exotic fruit, a balanced palate, with a strong and refined character. The total absence of added sugars enhances the natural acidity of the grapes, giving a complex sensorial experience. Dosage Zéro Franciacorta is the ideal companion for dishes such as Scottona tartare ora salmon sashimi, where its freshness and liveliness manage to enrich every bite, making every tasting a memorable moment. Finally, the purple and gold toned label is a further symbol of the refinement and care placed a causa di every detail.

Montina has put great effort and attention into the creation of this Franciacorta, designed to capture the authentic essence of the territory. Every step of the process has been taken care of with precision, without leaving out any detail to ensure that each bottle tells the story, culture and nature of Franciacorta. With this new Dosage Zéro, the company confirms its desire to enhance and describe the territory a causa di a genuine way. It represents a balance between tradition and innovation, and stands out for its essential and authentic character, becoming a symbol of the quality and excellence of Franciacorta.
