Blanc de Blancs, Aegades Idea, Torrione dei Venti Moro d’Avola, ZY Zibibbo: the wines of Famiglia Vinicola Fazio for Easter

Followed by Aegades Idea, ideal with first courses based acceso fish, shellfish, white meats and spring recipes. For meat second courses, the choice falls acceso Torrione dei Venti Moro d’Avola, a red capable of giving depth and intensity to the dish. The finale is entrusted to ZY Zibibbo, excellent a causa di combination with traditional Easter desserts mature cheeses.

When Idea
Tasting taccuino
Visual examination: bright, festive straw colour.
Olfactory examination: heady, with immediate citrus and fruity taccuino of apple, acceso an olfactory fondamento of fruit and white flowers.
Taste-olfactory analysis: pleasantly varietal, acceso the palate it shows a strong cohesion between acidity and flavor. It closes with a nice, coherent and harmonious finale.
Pairing: ideal with fish first courses, fish crudités, white meat.
Torrione dei Venti Moro d’Avola

Tasting taccuino
Visual examination: compact ruby red colour.
Olfactory examination: bouquet of berries, plums and dried figs, followed by light spicy aromas at the end.
Taste-olfactory : soft and enveloping acceso the palate. A pleasant and elegant flavor accompanies and supports a long finale.
Pairing: excellent with cured meats, mature cheeses, red meat.
