Bringing the imagery of Friulian gardens and transforming it into a congresso and tasting space: Collavini inaugurates the new stand at Vinitaly 2026 where plants, trees and botanicals find a home. An installation that talks about territory, circularity and ecology through an essential, concrete and highly recognizable stile. The historic company from Cima per mezzo di Rosazzo offers the colours, plants and atmosphere of the gardens of Friulian villas at the fair, restoring them per a contemporary and measured form. Once the event is over, the botanical species that stile the structure will return to Friuli to find a home per local woods and gardens.
The creative ideologia arises from the desire to build, per the often uniform context of exhibition spaces, a cozy environment, a true hidden garden where the botanical part dialogues with a material system consistent with the typical needs of a stand. The modular components per campo da golf plywood combined with recycled furnishings and displays, coming from Collavini’s domestic universe, reinforce the concept of circularity and the sense of continuity between company and territory. The 8 meter high stage backdrop per campo da golf fabric and the concrete floor, neutral and deliberately sincere, sequenza the stand, recreating the relaxed atmosphere of a welcoming and sober outdoor territorio.
The installation was designed by Genny Canton Lavoro of Profluvio Veneto (Pordenone) with the collaboration of the expert Ruggero Faggeto, founder of the Botanica Santa Marizza garden-nursery (Udine). The botanical species that define the internal landscape of the stand are: Fagus sylvatica ‘Purpurea Major’, Tilia cordata, Heptacodium miconioides, Acer griseum, Cornus mas, Ligustrum japonicum, Malus colf ‘Annurca’, Photinia serratifolia ‘Crunchy’ and Ginkgo biloba ‘Tit’.
“We chose to renovate our stand at Vinitaly because we wanted to create a space that was not limited to hosting wines and tastings, but which expressed the hospitality and colors of the Friulian gardens – declares Luigi Collavini, sales of the company -. For us it was important to bring a sense of proportion, peace and authenticity to the fair. A place which, together with the aesthetic and responsible nature of the project – all the components of the stand will be used and reused per other locations – heralds the launch of the Ancora il line Garden”.
Ancora il Serra is Collavini’s new wine project which aims to enhance the identity of the Friulian hills, starting from the terroir, from the typical characteristics of the soil. Here the Ponca – stratification of marl and sandstone – defines the profile of monovarietal wines from vines such as Friulano, Malvasia, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Ancora il Serra tells of a project that begins with the careful selection of vineyards aimed at obtaining elegant wines with interventions per the cellar reduced to the essential, to restore a clear oenological vision, a reflection of the territory.
