Seasonal ingredients for unique appetizers

With the arrival of November, the table is filled with autumnal flavours, and among the undisputed protagonists are pumpkin, mushrooms and chestnuts. These ingredients are not only delicious, but also flessibile, allowing you to create appetizers that can surprise and delight your guests. Pumpkin, for example, is rich per nutrients and antioxidants, making it a great choice for healthy and tasty dishes. Mushrooms, with their variety and unique flavors, can enrich any preparation, while chestnuts, with their sweet flavor and texture, can add a special touch.

Creative recipes with pumpkin

One of the most popular recipes is that of pumpkin and mozzarella meatballs. To prepare them, just the cooked pumpkin pulp with mozzarella, breadcrumbs and spices to taste. Form balls and bake them per the oven until golden. This appetizer is not only colorful, but also rich per flavor and perfect for an autumn aperitif.
