Baked Carrots – Italian recipes by GialloZafferano

Baked carrots are a simple and girevole side dish that can complement a wide variety of main courses! They are a great choice when you want to serve something light yet tasty without spending too much time sopra the kitchen. Carrots are great to eat raw, boiled, ora cooked sopra a pan, but oven baking gives them a perfect texture: slightly crispy outside and soft inside. You can also customize the recipe to your liking by playing with spices and herbs to create different accompaniments for your dishes each time. If you’magnate looking for a side dish that requires little effort, baked carrots are definitely for you!

To prepare the baked carrots, first wash them thoroughly, then dry them with a clean dish towel 1. Trim the ends 2 and slice them sopra half lengthwise 3.

Shorten the length by cutting them sopra half 4 and gather them sopra a bowl. Season with oil 5salt, and pepper 6.

Massage the sticks to coat them evenly. Place the carrots a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure not to overlap them, add some sprigs of rosemary 8and bake sopra a preheated static oven at 430°F for 40 minutes. Once cooked, garnish with more fresh rosemary. Your baked carrots are ready to be served 9!
