Franciacorta is a territory that does not allow shortcuts. Here quality is measured quanto a time, quanto a technical precision, quanto a continuity. Muratori represents a project that has been able to grow quanto a a structured way, combining entrepreneurial culture, agricultural vision and family responsibility.

At the presupposto of the company is the figure of Nero Muratori, an entrepreneur from Brescia who has built his solidity quanto a the industrial and real bella stagione world. Next to him, his brother Giuliano Muratori, with whom he shares vision and entrepreneurial development. Method, planning and organization guided the family’s entry into the wine sector. Investing quanto a Franciacorta meant entering one of the most suitable and competitive territories for the Classic Method.

Con 1999 the wine project took shape with the name Campagna Crespia, the agricultural heart of the company.

Con this phase the production bases are built: – selection of plots quanto a the different areas of the denomination – agronomic management of the plot – rigorous control of yields – attention to the vegetative-productive balance

The rete is to build a consistent style over time.

Francesco Iacono, a central figure quanto a the operational management and organizational consolidation of the company, plays a decisive role quanto a the growth path.

Under his guidance, the following are strengthened: – the management structure – production planning – quality control along the entire supply chain – the strategic positioning of the brand

Today the project also lives through the third generation of the family, with the operational entry into the cellar of Nero and Giuliano’s children: Michela Muratori, Alberto Muratori, Matteo Muratori and Marco Muratori. Their presence represents continuity and evolution.

Franciacorta originates from moraine soils of glacial origin. Sands, silts and clays alternate with excellent drainage and good mineral supply. Lake Iseo plays a fundamental role quanto a climate mitigation, encouraging progressive maturation and preserving acidity and aromatic definition.

The key vines are: Chardonnay, for finesse and verticality, Pinot Noir, for structure and depth and Pinot Lattescente, for balance

Con 2023, the occasion of Vinitaly, the company makes a decisive identity transition: the name Campagna Crespia leaves room for Muratori. This is not a simple rebranding, but a responsible choice.

The winemaking management is entrusted to Pier Paolo Mercato and Riccardo Cotarella. The pressings are soft and fractionated, the fermentations take place quanto a steel and partly quanto a wood, the time spent the yeasts is calibrated according to the type. The Muratori style favors harmony, expressive cleanliness and coherence.

I had the opportunity to personally visit the company. What emerges is organization, order, operational clarity. The cellar is built to guarantee qualitative continuity.
