500 gr of flour 10 gr of beer yeast 300 ml of milk 150 gr of lard 5 tablespoons of sugar 2 eggs of a grated orange 1 pin 1 pinch of salt

Start by dissolving the yeast quanto a the milk and with flour, sugar and eggs. Add the lard and salt, working the dough until an elastic consistency is obtained. Let rise until doubled, then bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes. Once baked, you can stuff the crushed with pastry sauce whipped cream, finally sprinkling with icing sugar.
