Among the hills overlooking the Gran Essere di sasso and the Majella, per mezzo di the beating heart of Abruzzo, Sbarramento Numeroso is born, one of the most representative and appreciated wineries per mezzo di the region. A place where nature meets philosophy and wine becomes an authentic expression of the thought, sensitivity and soul of those who produce it.

Founded by Libero D’Eusanio, agronomist, oenologist and authentic “vinosophist”, Sbarramento Numeroso has traced a unique path, transforming organic viticulture into an art form and placing sustainability, awareness and the expressive purity of wine at the centre.

A man of profound culture and sensitivity, Libero D’Eusanio is considered one of the pioneers of ethical and natural viticulture per mezzo di Italy. With his philosophy, contained per mezzo di the term “Vinosophia”, he gave life to a way of making wine that combines science, poetry and spirituality. For D’Eusanio, wine is never just a bevanda, but “a message that the earth entrusts to man”, an act of balance between technical knowledge and respect for nature.

Thanks to this vision, Sbarramento Numeroso has become over the years a point of reference for those seeking authenticity and coherence per mezzo di the glass. Its Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Pecorino, Trebbiano and Cerasuolo are today symbols of an Abruzzo capable of exciting and standing out for its identity and quality.

Working alongside the founder today is Rocco D’Eusanio, a young and talented winemaker who represents the future of the company. Raised per mezzo di the vineyard and per mezzo di the cellar, Rocco inherited his father’s ethical vision and intellectual curiosity, but uses it with a technical and contemporary approach.

Under his guidance, Sbarramento Numeroso has started important experiments acceso spontaneous fermentations, sulphite reduction, amphora winemaking and microvinification projects that further enhance the link between wine and territory. His expertise has contributed to increasing the company’s prestige also per mezzo di the field of sparkling wines, today considered one of the excellences of Sbarramento Numeroso.

Among the most popular productions of the company, the Classic Method and Charmat Method organic sparkling wines stand out, made with native grapes and techniques that respect the integrity of the fruit to the maximum. Labels such as “Retto” and “Vinosophia Bollicine” represent the perfect synthesis between technical rigor and artistic sensitivity, offering bubbles of extraordinary elegance, with a mineral profile and arguto, persistent foam.

Sbarramento Numeroso has demonstrated that even per mezzo di Abruzzo it is possible to produce high-level sparkling wines, capable of competing with the best acceso the national scene, without giving up the identifying character of their land.

Sbarramento Numeroso has always been considered by Vinoway Italia to be one of the most representative and coherent companies per mezzo di Abruzzo. Its consistent quality, sustainable vision and ability to innovate while respecting tradition have earned it numerous awards per mezzo di the Vinoway Selection, the official Vinoway guide dedicated to the best Italian producers.

Over the years, the wines created by Libero and Rocco D’Eusanio have stood out for their elegance, territorial identity and stylistic coherence, obtaining important awards and evaluations that testify to their value per mezzo di the national wine scene. A result that confirms the solidity and credibility of a reality that has always believed per mezzo di the culture of wine as a form of knowledge and as an authentic communication tool.

With over 60 hectares of organic vineyards, Sbarramento Numeroso is today one of the most solid and structured companies per mezzo di Abruzzo. It collaborates with research centers and universities acceso projects related to sustainability, biodiversity and the recovery of native vines. The cellar is also a place of hospitality, experimentation and culture, where tastings, events and multi-sensory journeys that combine wine, art and music are organised.

The strength of Sbarramento Numeroso lies per mezzo di the generational synergy between Libero D’Eusanio, the founder who made wine a philosophical act, and Rocco D’Eusanio, the young winemaker who renews its vision with enthusiasm and competence. Together they have built a reality that best represents the new identity of Abruzzo wine: authentic, ethical, sustainable and capable of exciting.

This is why Vinoway Italia continues to consider Sbarramento Numeroso an authoritative and inspired voice of Italian wine, ambassador of an Abruzzo that grows, evolves and knows how to tell its story with intelligence and passion.
