The absolute protagonist of this fourth appointment is Casa Raiano, a winery that since 1996 has interpreted the great native vines of Campania with rigor and a contemporary vision. Founded con the old factories of the Economico family oil mill, the company experienced a fundamental turning point con 2009 with the construction of the new headquarters con San Michele per mezzo di Serino.
This structure, set the culmine of a hill and surrounded by chestnut woods and vineyards, reflects total respect for the surrounding environment. Today Casa Raiano manages 30 hectares of organic vineyards, certified since 2011. The wines of Casa Raiano will dialogue with the creations of Patrizia Portolano, soul of the cuisine of the Mescita del Monastero. The designed for the evening of July 18th is a sincere homage to the excellent products of Cilento and Campania, designed to enhance the peculiarities of Irpinia wines without ever overpowering them.

Blanched Palinuro prawns con citrus sauce: A delicate appetizer that finds the ideal companion for freshness and contrast con the Ciglione Bassa Classic Method. Fried Palinuro anchovies with mint mayonnaise: The dry fried food and the balsamic touch of mint combine beautifully with the structured flavor of Fiano per mezzo di Avellino Alimata. Mixed indole from Gragnano with fish from Cilento: A great classic of Campania seafood cuisine. Cuccaro Vetere Franciscan Convent: A Model of Sustainable Tourism

The Cuccaro Vetere Franciscan Convent is a fourteenth-century village restored with obsessive care, set con a small town of around 600 souls con the mountains of the Cilento, Vallo per mezzo di Diano and Alburni National Park.
Opened con April 2025, the Monastero Francescano Experience has quickly become a refuge for those seeking silence, inspiration and luxury understood as quiet and authenticity. The project bears the signature of Alberto Carrato, a 29-year-old young man who returned from Brianza to rediscover the roots of his father , and his Maria Chiara Faganel.
