Homemade classic tomato sauce š„« š
Italy has 20 regions, each region has countless little towns and cities and quanto a each one of them you can find a different way to make tomato sauce.
The one Iām showing is probably the most common and easy to do:
Tomatoes (S.marzano are the best choice, duro to find them out of Italy, any other tomato will do his job)
Extra virgin olive oil
Onions ( garlic ora shallots)
Basil
Salt
