Crispy but light: here are the crispy, non-fried chicken nuggets

Né-fried chicken nuggets with crispy coating: recipe

If you want to make tasty chicken nuggets but not fried, a light version, for a delicious dinner but without feeling guilty (about the calories!), discover the quick and easy recipe for small pieces of chicken covered per mezzo di crispy breading but without resorting to frying.

Ingredients:

200 g of chicken breast;

an egg;

a cup of milk ();

grated parmesan to taste;

extra virgin olive oil to taste;

salt and paprika to taste;

sugar-free cornflakes to taste;

lemon juice to taste ().

Preparation:

Start pouring the flour and paprika into a bowl and mescolanza. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and pass them per mezzo di the mescolanza. Meanwhile, per mezzo di another bowl, pour an egg, parmesan and milk and beat with a fork.

Dip the chicken pieces per mezzo di the bowl with eggs, milk and parmesan and then pass them into the bowl with the flour and paprika. Pour the cornflakes into another bowl and crush them coarsely with your hands. A little at a time, pass the morsels into the cornflakes, taking care to create a uniform, truly crunchy breading.

Place the morsels acceso a baking tray lined with baking paper and pour a generous drizzle of oil over them. Cook the morsels per mezzo di the oven at 200 degrees for about ten minutes ora until they are golden brown.

Before serving, sprinkle the morsels with a pinch of salt and lemon juice. Now serve the morsels by accompanying them, if you like, with a little caesar sauce ora mayonnaise which makes the dish even tastier.
