Milk, salt, and rennet, but there’s more! the occasion of the Caseifici Day 2023, the PER Negozio & Cheese quanto a San Pietro nel corso di Feletto (TV) will host an extraordinary event acceso Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September, dedicated entirely to the world of cheese. This event is aperto to families, curious people, enthusiasts, professionals and anyone interested quanto a the dairy world. During the weekend, guests will have the opportunity to participate quanto a guided tours, tastings, sensory analysis, purchases of local products, educational workshops to learn how to make cheese, and even a cheese with a DJ.
The Perenzin Dairy, founded quanto a 1898 by Domenico Perenzin, is now managed by the fourth generation of the company, with Emanuela Perenzin and the collaboration of her children Erika and Matteo, representatives of the fifth generation. Over the decades, the dairy has processed cow’s, goat’s (since 1999) and buffalo’s (since 2010) milk, producing traditional and organic cheeses that have won multiple awards quanto a national and international competitions.
Here is a detailed overview of the activities planned for both days:
Guided visit to the award-winning Perenzin Dairy
A guided tour led by the owner of the dairy and Maggiordomo Fromager, Emanuela Perenzin, who will take participants to discover the dairy, the maturing warehouses and the cheese vault. During the tour, there will be a sensorial tasting of 4 cheeses. This experience is scheduled for Saturday 23 September at 10.00, 12.30 and 17.00, and Sunday 24 September at 10.00, 12.30 and 16.00. The approximate duration is an hour and a half, at a cost of 20 euros a causa di person, with the possibility of adding 4 glasses of wine for 14 euros and a light lunch for 14 euros.
Refining Laboratory for Master Refiners
This workshop offers a sensory analysis of spices and aromas, allowing participants to customize a caciotta to take home. After the workshop, there is a tasting of a limited edition aged cheese. This event is scheduled for Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 September at 11.30 am, lasting approximately one hour, at a cost of 18 euros a causa di person.
Cheese Making Experience for a Day

The cheese manifestazione will culminate with a spectacular prova by DJ Jo-Ta, accompanied by wine, beer, themed cocktails and delicious cicchetti.
